Refunds & Returns
At Doing This Next, we want you to feel confident trying DTN Hub. That’s why we offer both protections under Australian Consumer Law and an additional 12-month change-of-mind return policy.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
12-Month Change-of-Mind Returns
If you change your mind about your DTN Hub purchase, you may return it within 12 months of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:
- The product must be returned in reasonable condition
- All included accessories must be returned
- The device must not be intentionally damaged or modified
- You must provide proof of purchase
Normal wear and tear from regular use is acceptable.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.
- We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
If the return relates to a faulty product or a product that does not comply with Australian Consumer Law, we will cover reasonable shipping costs where required.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
