Shipping Overview

We aim to dispatch all in-stock DTN Hub orders as quickly as possible and provide clear communication throughout the shipping process.

Shipping timeframes may vary depending on your location, product availability, and whether your order is part of a pre-order or Kickstarter campaign.


Processing Times

For in-stock products:

  • Orders are typically processed within 5-10 business days after payment is received.

For pre-orders:

  • Estimated shipping windows will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
  • Delays may occasionally occur due to manufacturing, supply chain, or freight conditions.

  • New Zealand
  • Selected international destinations

Shipping Costs

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Australia: 2–10 business days
  • New Zealand: 5–15 business days
  • International: 7–25 business days

Delays & Lost Parcels

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier disruptions
  • Customs processing
  • Weather events
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
  • Refunds may exclude shipping costs already incurred.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the product and packaging where possible

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Multiple Shipments

Some orders may ship separately depending on stock availability or product combinations.

If this occurs, tracking details will be provided for each shipment where applicable.
